MPTC Quality rating with our customers is 99.7% (Rolling 3 Month Average). The MPTC team is focused on minimizing and eliminating process variation. Continuous improvement drives the process, and as a result, the quality of the product and stability of the process improves. Monthly Pareto analysis of scrap and rework allows the team to focus on the areas that need resources based on data, not speculation.

Programming
Experience in High Speed machining is what makes MPTC the supplier of choice. MPTC is proficient in properly machining hard metals such as Beta Annealed Titanium. By focusing on elimination of waste, Cycle Times and Setup times have been drastically reduced. Programming support and the understanding of material and machining supports the ongoing reduction of machining and setup times. MPTC utilizes Mastercam 2019 for programming of parts along with Vericut to test the programs prior to launch in the process.
Engineering
MPTC has the Engineering talent to support a Robust Process with a daily focus on elimination of waste. Standardized processes and tools creates consistency to support Quality, Delivery and Price.
